Event Details
Remembering Srebrenica is the UK charitable initiative that promotes Srebrenica Memorial Day each year and educates people on the consequences of hatred, using the lessons from Srebrenica, where 8372 mostly Muslim men and boys were murdered in a few days in 1995 by Bosnian Serb nationalist forces during what was labelled by the United Nations as the “worst atrocity on European soil since the Second World War”.
Join the Wales board of the charity to commemorate the 29th anniversary of the genocide and be part of the launch of an amazing element of the 'Anti Racist Wales' agenda that Remembering Srebrenica Wales and Cardiff & Vale College have created together with their partners.
Parking is available on the road or in the College overflow car park at CF10 5DF on Curran Road. You will then need to walk over the road to the Cardiff & Vale Campus on Dumballs Road. You will see board members in reception ready to welcome you, and you will be directed to the 5th floor where the Y Dosbarth (The Classroom) restaurant is located.
