Forensic Resources gets ISO Accreditation

Forensic Resources Ltd (FRL), a market leader in the forensic analysis and expert witness industry announces a milestone achievement in becoming certified to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System standards and guidelines. ISO 9001:2008 certification ensures that a company has met a comprehensive set of standards dictated by the International Standards Organisation (ISO) covering all aspects of the business.

FRL has been awarded the accreditation by The British Assessment Bureau. ISO 9001:2008 is accepted worldwide as the inclusive international standard that defines quality. It recognises that our customers can count on a consistent level of quality, and that they can be confident that FRL is dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of effectiveness and responsiveness.

The audit evaluated FRL's procedures for quality assurance, continuous improvement, performance against customer expectation, internal audits, contract review and purchasing.  The audit preparation was a company-wide initiative led by Abi Carter, Company Director.

Regular re-certification by the bureau insures that the quality system remains in place and is effective.
